The Quiz Group meets on the second Monday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in Ravensworth Road Methodist Church.
The object of the group is to have fun so if you like quizzes and you enjoy having a bit of banter this is the group for you.
Dunston and District u3a entered the Northumbria Region u3a (Northern) Quiz Competition held on 19th July 2023. With twenty or so teams entered, all three teams entered by Dunston gave a very creditable performance, all of them finishing in the top ten and one of the teams taking first place!
In March 2024, we entered 2 teams in the Northumbria Regional U3A competition and an enjoyable afternoon was had by all.
